Should I order C9500-NM-8X or C9500-NM-2Q with C9500-16X-E?

Choose from the uplink plan: C9500-NM-8X and C9500-NM-2Q are the options listed on the C9500-16X-E row. Name one module on the RFQ — do not assume it is included.
